After a magnificent display of free-flowing Rugby League in their 52-6 demolition of New Earswick All Blacks, the bullish Buffaloes travel to Siddal Academy this Saturday (16th June) after a fixture-free weekend.
The Siddal club is hoping that their Academy team can produce more high-quality Super League players in the future such as Luke Robinson and Scott Grix. With an exceptional victory at Upton earlier this season, the Buffaloes can expect a tough afternoon at the historic Halifax club.
SO if you fancy a day out at scenic Siddal, then head for the Commercial Pub in Armley for 12-30pm, for an amazingly reasonable return fare of £7-50 you can take in the delights of a tour of the Calderdale landscape before and after seeing the brilliant Buffaloes in action. Not even National Coach Holidays can offer such an amazing deal, BOOK NOW to avoid disappointment!
Head Coach Steve Langton (Sponsored by Cheney Payroll Services) commented after Thursday night’s training session “Training has gone really well this week with 20 players involved. Saturday will see us with a changed side as Brad, Nathan and Ryan are all unavailable, but it’s still going to be a strong and confident side.”
