In light of the recent announcement from the Rugby Football League and Super League Europe regarding the suspension of fixtures initially until 3rd April, all scheduled fixtures will be postponed, and the clubhouse will remain closed until further notice.
Whilst we are saddened by this decision, we must act in the best interest of our players, volunteers and the wider community by following the latest Government advice regarding social contact and mass gatherings.
We also feel that the suspension of the community game is the right thing to do at this time if we are to protect the safety and wellbeing of our trusted supporters/associates.
We will be keeping a close eye on the government updates and endeavor to update you regularly throughout these uncertain times. We will also be sharing regular rugby-related posts in order to keep our rugby family spirit alive and spread some positivity across social media.
We hope to be back in action soon but until then, we urge you to stay safe and look out for your neighbours, and the vulnerable members of our community.
