On the eve of the first game, we will be having a fundraising race night, at the Commercial on Whingate in Armley, Leeds, the first race will be at 7:45 pm. Come down early and sample the delights that The Commercial has to offer, with their regular guest beers.
We are Looking for people or businesses to sponsor each of the eight races. You will get your business mentioned on our website, and before the race, each race can be sponsored for £30 each. We are also selling the horses at £10 each, you get to name your horse, no rude names or swear words, this will be listed on the website and read out with the name of the owner before the race. If your horse wins, you will win a prize too.
