Our season ended with a whimper when both West Leeds and Brighouse Rangers forfeited their fixtures with us and we were awarded 24-0 wins against both teams.
This, for a short period of time, put us top of the table, two points in front of Hull Wyke, and with a plus 2 points difference. Hull Wyke had one game left to play, at home to King Cross Park, so we needed a King Cross Park win to cement top spot, however this was not to be, as King Cross Park, forfeited that game, and their outstanding game with Hunslet Club Parkside, giving away 24-0 results.
This means that Hull Wyke finished top of the table, level on points with us, but a + 22 points difference tally.
The play offs take place on the 16th September, when Hull Wyke should play King Cross Park, but with them forfeiting their last two games, that could be in doubt, and we take on Hunslet Club Parkside, at The Warrells, Kick off time TBA.
The final will be played at Featherstone Lions on the 23rd September, kicking off at 1pm.
