Please note, all Holiday Inn hotels include a ‘full English’ breakfast, the Holiday Inn Express hotels provide a continental buffet breakfast only.
You will need a minimum of 50 participants (25 rooms all occupied as doubles). You must all stay in the same hotel as the rest of your party. Children under 12 will only have to pay £41 for their ticket, there will be no charge for the hotel, however, children must share with an adult, with a maximum of 2 children to a family room.
This will also affect the amount of cash back your club or organisation receives, with a deduction of £30 per child from the total amount received on the return.
Please note this option is strictly hotel and ticket only, no transport is included.
A non refundable deposit of the total less £100 is required by mid January, and then the rest is payable in five installments of £20 in March, April, May, June and July.
For example: if you select the Holiday Inn at Brent Cross, the total payable is £141. A Deposit of £41 is due in mid January (this is Non Refundable). And then there are 5 payments of £20 in March, April, May, June and July.
