This coming Saturday sees the Buffaloes involved in two separate events, the first during the afternoon, and the second in the evening.
1973 Floodlit Trophy Reunion
On Saturday afternoon, starting at 2pm, there will be a reunion for the 1973 Floodlit Trophy winning team and other ex Bramley players.
This year is the 40th anniversary of the historic afternoon when Bramley won the Floodlit Trophy against Widnes. The game was played in the afternoon due to the Power Workers Strike at the time and was Bramley’s only Trophy during their professional history.
The reunion is being held at Stanningley Sports and Amateur Rugby League Club on Coal Hill Drive, LS13 1PA.
Everyone is welcome to mingle with the stars of Yesteryear.
Rodley Junior Presentation and Christmas Party
On Saturday evening, Rodley will be holding their Junior Presentation evening and Christmas party at the Villager Sports and Social Club on Broad Lane in Bramley.
Entry is £3 and the evening starts at 7pm, there is a disco, Karaoke and buffet provided.
Everyone is welcome, so please come along and have an enjoyable night out.
