New Earswick All Blacks Preview - Bramley Buffaloes

Saturday 2nd June Kick-off 2-30pm

The ALL BLACKS are coming to Bramley. Yes our visitors this Saturday are New Earswick All Blacks in what promises to be a crackerjack of a match with both teams on the same number of league points in the Yorkshire Premier Division. The Buffaloes ran the runaway league leaders East Hull close in their last match while the All Blacks defeated Lindley at home in the last round of matches.

New Earswick are striving to become the most inclusive and forward thinking Rugby League Club in the North Yorkshire area and the indications are they are succeeding on all fronts. Both clubs share dynamic visions for the future and this should ensure a healthy and respectful rivalry for many years to come.

Head Coach Steve Langton (Sponsored by Cheney Payroll Services) said “despite injuries to Craig Boot (needing an operation so will be out for a lengthy period) and Rob Brown (knee injury and out for two weeks), we’ll have Nathan Hammond back, so although we’re not going to be at full-strength we should still have enough fire-power”

Club Captain Brad Wilson (Sponsored by The Three Amigos) admitted “It’s a tough division as we expected, but we’re getting to grips with it and the boys are up for the challenge and we’re confident for our must-win match against New Earswick All Blacks on Saturday”
